THE WATER-SPORTS-CENTRE

The “ Green Island” (l´Isle Verte) is a huge terrain with several different sports facilities. There are three grass-courts for Football and Rugby, a sports hall with Gym for weightlifting included, one more smaller gym in the boathouse of the rowing club and all facilities needed for storing the boats and going to water. Sailboats and boards, canoes, mountain bikes can be rented and off course several motorboats for coaching on the lake.

In the building are located several four-bed-rooms, workshops and storage space for the boats and other equipment (ground floor), canteen, dining room and lounge upstairs.

Beside, directly on the lake with the pontoons, is the second main building including boats hall, showers and the (privat) bar of the rowing club, upstairs some more four-bed-rooms, terrace and jacuzzi.

Since 2005 there are 24 additional two-bed-rooms in three new houses between the lake and the football court. They are equipped with two single-beds, shower and toilette, television and Internet-access. This means we can offer now an almost perfect accommodation for a training-camp on highest level like national teams on their way to international regattas.

Apart of all this there is another huge sports hall in construction straight beside, also with a gym included. This will be constructed and equipped to assure best training conditions for international oarsmen.
