THE WATER-SPORTS-CENTRE

The “ Green Island” (l´Isle Verte) is a huge terrain with several different sports facilities. There are three grass-courts for Football and Rugby, a sports hall with a weights room, one more smaller gym in the boathouse of the rowing club and all facilities needed for storing the boats and getting onto the water. Sailboats and boards, canoes, mountain bikes can be rented and there are several motorboats for coaching on the lake.

In the main buildings are alll the four person rooms, the canteen and kitchen with a little bar, a lounge where you can have pre outing or post outing meetings or watch video footage, a balcony, a jacuzzi for relaxing in between tough outings, shower rooms and toilets.

The boat houses are at the base of the building, and outside boatracks are just opposite. There are no long walks between bedrooms, meals and outings as everything is together.

From 2005 we have had 24 additional two-bed rooms in three new houses between the lake and the football court. They are equipped with two single-beds, shower and toilet, television and Internet-access. This means we can offer now a much higher standard of accommodation for a training-camp and are good enough for national teams. We also have a newly built sports hall which is on the other side of the football field out the front of the centre. This is where the weights gym is. There are two swimming pools in the area, and tennis facilities as well, to be payed for separately.
